This modern house, built in 2021, features an open kitchen and living area. Amenities include: induction cooktop, electric oven, fridge and freezer, drip coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with shower and toilet. The washing machine is also in the bathroom. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a 160×200 cm bed, and another with 2 bunk beds (80×190 cm). Beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided. Enjoy meals on the terrace under the pergola. The open garden welcomes your family moments. A barbecue is available. You also have access to the shed for storing bikes or surf and diving gear. The house is at the edge of the woods, and it takes less than 2 minutes to reach the path leading to the heart of Le Fret village.
